We offer a variety of services to support your climbing practice. Coaching packages are the best value for those seeking ongoing guidance. However, we also offer private consultations and in-person coaching sessions on an hourly basis.


Private Coaching Packages

Coaching packages provide practitioners with not only the tools to grow as a climber, but more importantly, a committed partner to help guide that growth process.   Working together we develop clear and achievable goals to help drive your development.  Then we build a plan to help get you there. 

All coaching packages include:

  • Analysis of your current practice including, movement, strength, energy system development, tactics, and mental performance

  • Custom one-of-a-kind program design that addresses your specific needs and fits into your schedule including monthly training cycles and seasonal planning

  • Access to all programs, workouts, and exercises on your phone via Good Stone’s app. Log your sessions and stay on track.

  • The option to meet in person or virtually. Choose the amount of time and style of interaction that best fits your budget and needs.

  • Email and text correspondence as needed to answer quick questions and keep you on track

We are committed to helping athletes make meaningful progress towards substantial goals. Coaching packages are offered in 12 month contracts or month to month. There are some additional options listed under Other Services.

12 month Contract:

Weekly 90 min In Person Session - $495/month

Weekly 30 min Call + 90 min In Person Session - $345/month

Other Services

Program Design

Take advantage of Good Stone’s program design expertise. This is a great option for athletes who are experienced training on their own or working with a limited budget. We’ll meet for 30 mins to discuss your current goals. Then Good Stone will create a block of programming designed specifically for your needs. Programs include a combination of warmup, gym sessions, strength training, mobility and outdoor sessions. Of course, program is tailored to fit the needs of the athlete and the tools they have available. You’ll have access to our app to view your program and work through sessions on your own. Depending on frequency of training, a block of training will be useful for about 4-8 weeks. After that time, most athletes benefit from a program update.

$175 / block

Consultations 

Those that already have a well established climbing practice and/or are comfortable training without a coach may benefit from short consultations focused on specific issues they are facing.  Perhaps you are bogged down on your current project, want some feedback on an established training program, or just need another set of eyes or ears to bounce ideas off of?  Hourly consultation can be used for meetings or program design. Billed in 15 minute increments.

$120 / hour 

One Time In-Person Sessions

Private in-person coaching sessions are available at Elevation Bouldering Gym. This can be a great option for those seeking a more nuanced analysis of movement, tactics, and/or specific projects. Clients are responsible for their own travel, gym fees, and equipment. Sessions are two hours long to ensure we have enough time to warm up, explore challenges, and unpack our findings together.

$195 / two hour session
